Abstract:

The new wave of digitalization changes how we do business. It changes the products and services offered, how companies organize and also how the ecosystem form to provide the outcome based value to the end customer.
Even if many companies recognize the value of Industry 4.0, research firms claim that many companies do not capture the value nor knowing how to transform in a competitive pace.
